gyno?

I'm sure this has been touched on before. Is there a definitive way to tell the difference between chest fat and gyno? I've been running 500mg ew of sustanon for about 4 weeks now and I'm about to add 50mg winny ed. I don't want to take anything to decrease my gains if I don't have to. Thanks.

Puffiness is not always gyno.. Lots of time this is mistaken for fatty deposit buildups.. Only way to get rid of that completely is liposuction. Diet will help some..And of course to get rid of the gyno, surgery is needed.

with that protocol...gyno is very unlikely
keep nolva on hand and if u really want tobe extra safe take like .25 mg Adex EOD

You should be using some Arimidex or Letrozole with that sustanon.

I had the lumps removed recently but honestly, i never thought i had that much fat deposits on my chest until i was examined by my plastic surgeon. He told me to squeeze the fat on my chest, then flex and wow, lots of fat. my chest always looked big and hard and I have always been lean, but when i flexed, my chest was rock hard - mainly due to the muscle compressing the gyno fat deposits. I have always had a big chest for my small frame - thought it was muscle, but it was fat on top of my muscle. So, part of the gyno surgery is lipo on my chest and i'm out 2 months now from the surgery and wow! what a difference :)

When I had my surgery, my doc gave me free lipo too. He said I had a good amount of fatty tissue builidup. He said the only way it will return if you get fat. Which is highly unlikely, because I try to stay in good shape all year.. I actually missed about 6 weeks in the gym total. I was right in the middle of a cycle too. :( The gyno he said would never return.. Best thing in the world I did for myself, and I would recommend it to anyone.. Nipples arent tender anymore, and no longer sensitive either.. I feel like a million bucks.. Good thing, because Im going to cancun soon. :)
