Gyno?

Now I know symptoms of gyno are sore nips, balls under nipple. I mean are you definetly going to know if you have it. My nips might be a little puffy as of lately. I think I'm just paranoid though. Think it's just water from the a-bombs,sust,deca. No pain whatsoever or balls under nips. I mean will do sore nips, balls under nipples always have to be the sypmtoms or what?

Relax. You will know it if you develop gyno and you will have time to do something about it before it becomes permanent.

Whenever I'm on cycle my nipples will most often be hard. If I don't control estrogen properly, my first signs of gyno are hard lumps under the nipple with soreness that comes a couple days after the lumps. After I start nolvadex and up my AI it takes at least 2 weeks for the hard lumps to go away. Sometimes longer.

After my cycle my nipples always return to normal.

No, don't use Nolva with Abomb or deca. It will make it worse.

Try adding .25mgs dostinex E3D and jump on letrozole, just be safe and make sure you don't develop full blown gyno.
