Gyno

Hey all. I'm currently doing sust 250 cycle. I have to admit I knew nothing compared to what I know now, and I still don't know sh*t. I was reading about gyno and crap and I was wondering how much I was at risk, just for doing the sust alone, of getting gyno. Any advice would help. Should I stop until I get an anti-estro? Just give the best suggestions, thanks a lot bros.........CSJU

Depends

Kinda depends man if u are prone u could get it after the first week i would just take nolva throughout ur whole cycle just to play it safe.

Some people are safe without an anti-estrogen, others aren't. At 500-750 a week I begin to feel soreness and irratation to the nipple area. If you feel no irritation, then I wouldn't worry. I would still have it on hand just in case.

I would say purchase Chrysin which is a legal nutritional supplement from any GNC store just for now
and at the same time order Proviron and/or Nolvadex, but try to harry up with ordering them, just for your safety

I know that Chrysin isn't so strong if compared to RX drugs but Anything better than nothing

At 500 week I personally feel soreness when I do that I use Proviron 25mg every day.
pain can come also from touching the whole day your nipples

i agree with weam.. but what about "di-indolin" from gnc instead of chrysin? is it better?

Diindolylmethane a.k.a Di-indolin Works well,
but it's mechanism is much more different than Chrysin, it isn't an Anti-aromatase Anti-Estrogen as Chrysin which works by blocking the aromatase enzyme from converting testosterone into estrogen
but it helps by increasing the metabolite of the good Estrogen 2alpha-hydroxy Estrogens(2alpha-hydroxy Estrone and Estradiol) an antagonist of estrogen action, and associated with decreased risk for breast cancer and other breast related and decrease 16alpha-hydroxy estrogens(16alpha-hydroxy Estrone and Estradiol) which cause breast cancer and binds to Estrogen receptors at the breast tissuep metabolite

I heard that in order for Nolvadex to work you have to take it all the way from the beginning of the cycle. Is this true?

That's not true, you can say that on Proviron or Arimidex
as they prevent the conversion and build-up of Estrogen in the body(by blocking aromatase) so by this way there would be no elavated Estrogen and will results in low risks of Gyneacomastia
While with Nolvadex, it blocks Estrogen receptors at the breast tissue at any time therefor it can be used in anytime

Thanks for the info....it's just so hard to find out what is actually the right answers, because so many people say different things.
