gyno surgery, remove glands?

this is something i've heard, don't know if it's true or not, if you go in for gyno surgery and they just remove the tissue, gyno can come back, but if the remove the glands behind your nipple (which you don't need???) then gyno will never come back and you won't have to worry about taking anti-e for gyno anymore. let me know if this is true or false info. thanks, i know the easy thing would be take preventive measures not to get gynom but if you need to, why not stop it from ever coming back

i just found my favorite happy face
:blow:

Im sure the reason they dont remove the gland is because if they do your nipple sinks/caves in :-( I have actually seen a competitor without any nipples at all!

just take nolvadex at 20mgs/daily for at least 4 weeks. If it starts to subside, continue nolva till gyno is gone. If nothing happens, you can either continue nolva for 3-4 more weeks, or you might need surgery.

is it true though that if they do remove the gland you can't ever get gyno again? no nipples?:freak:

After going this through this twice the Answer is Yes and No!.

Yes part: They remove the gland when it grows and gets hard and lumpy. Once removed, you will not get hard lumps again, because they come from the glands.

No part: Even though you have the gland out, does not mean you will not get gyno, there are mulitple types of gyno. You can still get fatty/puffy build up around nipple area

Always use anti-E or anti-Prog if you are prone and have nolva on hand.

People with no/sunk in nipples got butchered by there surgon, be carefull picking one

ive heard of pro's getting gyno removed and then getting the glands "tied off". this takes care of the "no nipple" problem. im not quite sure what "tied off" is, but im sure your doc will.
