gyno question

New member
i finished my susti cycle (proviron during my cycle) with HCG and 4 weeks tamoxifen.
This was 6 months ago.
I'm taking nothing now.
I had no sign of gyno during my cycle.
I have been in and out out gym for last 6 months and have gained about 10 pounds.
During the six months, i noticed that my chest was getting fat, which didnt surprise me since i was gaining weight and used to be fat.
But now, i'm back in gym, hittin in hard with lots of cardio, as i lose the weight, i realise more and more that it looks like gyno. ive lost most of the fat on my chest and whats left is feels like breast tissue. dont know if im being paranoid or just not admitting that i have gyno.
there is no pain and my nips are a bit puffy, but more rubbery and bigger round than before and just dont feel normal.

so, my questions:
1. should i continue cardio, diet and wait and see or should i start something now to reduce the gyno? can they get bigger?
2. can gyno develop AFTER the cycle?
3. I read a study that 20 mg of tamoxifen per day for 6-12 weeks had a 80% success rate of getting rid of gyno. sound legit?

Thanks for any help or suggestions!

This might be a ral stupid question but how does one tell the differance between fat and breast tissue?
LOL:) ok, ur right, im not 100% sure, i used to be fat and had man-teats and what i have now seems def different. plus, ive lost enough weight that they should be gone, but they aint.
im just worried that if i continue to put if off, it will be harder or impossible to get rid of.

Well, speaking from experience, when you are on cycle, you can actually gain fat from steroids, depending on how high your doses were. I know that when I did a lot of prohormones back in the day for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off repeatedly for 10 weeks, and not really knowing what I was doing, started dbol at 25ed for a week afterwards. I gained almost 10 pounds in a week and half and had to stop taking dbol. I didn't realize until months later, but I put on a lot of fat during that time, even though , I was less than 12% bf. I mostly put it on my chest and stomach.

After 2 years of using steroids trying to find the right dose to use, using the right steroids and mistakenly took tren and developed gyno about the size of a small grape beneath my right nip and half of that on my left, I went to a plastic surgeon and he excised that tissue. He explained to me that most of your breast is a gland in itself that it creates soft fatty deposits that can go away but the hard ones won't and those require surgery. He said after the surgery I had a lot of fat on my chest, because half the size of my chest was fat. He showed me how you can tell what's muscle and what's fat. Put your thumb under chest and your pointing finger towards the top of your chest (you can you your middle and ring finger) and then flex. You'll see all of the fat beneath your chest. Obviously, if you pinch beneath the nipple area and roll your fingers while your chest is flexxed, you can feel a lump. If you do feel a lump, that requires surgery to remove. You can try running letro/nolva combo to get rid of it, it has worked for some, but not for me.

Yes, you can get gyno after your cycle if your hormones are still out of whack and depending on what your doses were during the cycle as well. A lot of chronic weed smokers form gyno as well and so do guys who gain a lot of weight. If this is fatty tissue spread evenly across your chest, most likely if you work out a lot (5-6 days a week including cardio ed), eat right , you should lose the fat on your chest over the following 6 months.

I'm certainly no expert and am not trying to get you paranoid at all but I developed my gyno AFTER my very first cycle. I stacked deca and winstrol and did no PCT at all (very dumb) and noticed the first signs about about 6 weeks after my last shot. I didn;t have any fat deposits or breast tissue but my mamory glands got very swolen and hard and hurt a little, I remember the left being a lot worse than the right. So developing gyno after a cycle does happen - I'm really not sure what is the best thing for you to take to get rid of it so I will leave that up to the experts. Good luck bro.
