Gyno or paranoia??

I have noticed that when my nips get hard (whether its cold or i give them a little rub luv ) I get lumps around the nipple. My nipples are not sore or overly sensitive or anything...and I dont see any excess fat on my pecs. Could this be gyno or is this normal. It is only when my nipples are stimulated and it looks as though there are raised bumps around the nipple. I dont know if this is gyno related or just somehting i have not noticed before.
I am running a 500mg/week test cycle for 10 weeks with anti e's and anti arom's on hand.
Any ideas...am i just paranoid???

gyno is going to make the entire nipple puffy. Its when the gland behind your nipple swells. If you squeeze your nipple and you feel a hard mass behind your nipple you are getting gyno. You will also notice a constant swelling around he nipple . You could also develope tenderness and if you squeeze hard enough some fluid might come out.

Well i can squeeze the nip and it does not hurt and i also do not feel anything hard behind my nipple. And i am not lactating either....thank god It is just the raised lumps that appear when my nips are stimulated

as long as they're not swolen or itchy. the little lumps are hair follicles so they might raise when you're rubbing ice all over them. you're probably good to go...rub dem tittays!!!

1) stop rubbing your nipples

2) if you have lumps that are NOT the nipple itself, get on nolva...if it's just your imagination - which you'll know the answer too, then again, stop rubbing your nipples

if your talking about the little goose bumps around your nips that is normal. gyno is a big lump that you can pinch behind the nip and it hurts like a bitch. your fine it sounds like
