gyno, causes? and getting rid of it

how can gyno be caused?

some guys say roids but recently i have seen some people saying they have had gynocomastia since they were young and fat.. how fat? what is gyno is it fat on the chest? is that all it is? fat on the chest?

how to get rid of it if u were 'born' with it?
