Standing calf raise 3 x 10 reps 185#
Squats - 3 x 8 reps 165#
Dead lifts - 3 x 10 reps 85#

One hour spin class....15 miles total

50 something outside today....guess who is going to run later...Woooo hoo...but I have a cold so we will see how it goes...


3 miles..lousy slow run....but I have either a cold or allergies.....
