Gym Roll Call

I'm bored. Who went today and what did you do?

I did legs. 4 sets of squats, 3 sets of hacks, 3 sets of calves, 20 minutes of high intensity ribbon twirling(blue ribbon)

Corn knows me so well he replies to my threads before I even make them.

Well, had they not closed the gym 4 hours early on an arbitrary notion, I would have done Incline Dumbbell Hammer Curls, Dumbbell Power Clean & Press complexes, Nautilus Curls, Close-grip Bench Presses, Olympic Squats, and Stiff-legged Deadlifts.

I really hate the attendants.

For me it does... though I never really train back hard enough for growth nowdays, so I can't say.
 
Why so nancy with the back training? :alien:

i did back on monday -

stiff legged deads - 4 sets of 5 (275,295,315,325)
pullups - 10,7,6
bb rows - 115x10,8,7 (i have no back. it's a giant indentation. you can see my heart beating from the back)
close grip pulldowns - 135x10,8,6
cable rows - 125x10,8,6
 
Pelvic / Groin today.

Began with some gluteus flexor extensions, pyramiding up and finishing with continual drop sets. Only to then bust out some weighed free form pelvis thrusts, 3 sets, super setted with pronated fast-slow PC contractions, and then for the to-failure finale I ramped off with some classic phallic dips stacking a ponderous quarter and a thrice of dimes, which when racked onto my purple power bar was a new PR for me.
 
Because my back is my best body part. (Along with shoulders and a tiny waist)

My width and thickness came from swimming competitive for 8 yeas through high school and college. The majority of our swim exercises (gym time) were variations of pull ups, rope climbs, ab work and twists.

So... I just do a very minimum amount for maintenance.
 
Squat day----- i don't know if it was the rain or what but the iron felt like i was lifting a Mack truck!
