Sure, it's not the gw that is causing the strength increase, i'm just hyper aware if i'm losing strength, so for me when strength training, which i keep doing and mixing in with endurance training is how i measure the effects, if i can't add more reps, or more weight then i'm not doing something right..

Funny thing is it's been a couple weeks since i took it, had very good cardio in valleyball last night, and today did my normal cardio and my hrt rate was still improved, not as good as while using the GW, but still improved by some 25%..
