Well there was a Post, a poll actually, that rated best brands. Muscletech seemed to have the advantage. So all these people who "coo" muscletech are Muscletech Followers!!!

It seems like the leaders in that poll are those who have the most extensive advertising. I can't say one way or the other...I guess the more advertising promises I see the less I want to buy them. Doesn't really matter much though, all I really get is protein and specialty supplements thesedays.

I find Twinlab has little advertising because they know they rule. Hmm.. I never really bought twinlab before.

I like Biochem Tri-Protein Plus. 2 types of whey and casienate.
