Yea, it's a weird question.

I normally just say trimmed up, but to different people that means different things I've come to notice.

does the place you go to have books so you can pick your style out of ? if so grab one of the books and say i want something like this ......or just tell them what you want , the pic is to hard to see for me to tell from . but just talk to them , they will do whatever you ask them to do

How about printing out the picture and showing it to your hairstylist?

show the barber the picture if THAT is what you want. or just be a man and shave your head bald and grow a nice thick goatee
