KNOW their bodyfat %..

NO I'm not gay... just want to get an idea of what
different BF% equate to...

I'm at 8.5% (215lbs) - but still don't have the abs I want.

Probably won't get them this summer either as I'm about to start bulking again in August.

I'll be cutting again in January, so we'll see if I can make the 6.5% mark then.

this was taken one year ago..at the end of my dieting down..i wass 200 pounds..no clue as to what bf%...i tried using calipers..but they got screwed up numbers

no i dont compete. im all natural, and here in Norway there are no natural shows..so i dont stand a chance...

this aint even the pic with the worst grimace. i got flamed to hell and back last year when i posted the whole series..but its all good
