Guys Photos and BF %

Mr Muscle -- abs look fantastic! Your pose is just a standard side tri ... and it is very hard to not make faces when you are posing. I did a whole show w/ "grimace faces". Didn't even realize it until I saw the photos!

At least people know you are flexing w/ everythign you've got! (Just don't flex so hard that you accidently pee....! LOL!

i dont know of any technique that would get you that close in precision. what are you all using?

DUH!!!

Forgot to mention my BF which was the point of the thread. It was ~7.8% using a 7 fold caliper test with resluts taken three times and averaged.

i dont know of any technique that would get you that close in precision. what are you all using?

calipers came out to something like 8.2334 measuring four points.

8.5 was the result of the under water test at my University - which is pretty much on the money.
