guys look at my first sust cycle!

Hey bro,

I'm 5'7", and five years ago I did a first cycle starting at 150 lbs. My mistake was to do too much that first time... I had good gains (10 lbs retained), but I would have been less bloated, had less rebound afterwards, and gotten just as strong if I had done less. I say go for a good 6-8 weeks of sust once a week, then do a little deca (maybe 200 mg/week) for a couple of weeks after that. Because of the different esters in the sust, you'll get a natural ramp up for the first several weeks without worrying about changing the doses.

If you only do one sust a week for a short cycle, clomid won't be so essential, as long as you don't have gyno already from your adolescence.

But the other things people say are also true... you also need to basically force-feed yourself and make yourself get plenty of sleep; no partying every night. If you've already decided to juice, then that's what you're going to do. But it's up to you to make it work.

Put down the drugs and EAT! ur 140 lbs y would you juice? if your diet/training was in check you'd gain a shit load of weight (if you want im me with it and ill help ya out), but you're not going to listen to me and juice any way so my suggestion is to do 1cc of sust every WEEK not 5 days you don't need that much. You should see 20 lbs off just that.

Um, yeh. This would be your problem right here. EAT. This menu here contains roughly a wopping 1500 calories at best. This is why you're 140 pounds...not because you are "in need" of AS. Your body cannot manufacture muscle tissue without the resources to do so. You have to feed it in order to grow it. You should be eating 6-8 FULL MEALS a day with at least 250g of protein and 3500 calories....probably more. Diet is your problem...Please let me reiterate...DIET IS THE PROBLEM. Your in a world of hurt if you don't get your diet together. No amount of AS would be effective on a diet like this. Do yourself a favor and learn abour nutrition and how to eat to gain muscle mass. If you don't eat right and eat enough you will not grow.
 
bro, ive been watching you post on bolex and here and your WANTING for someone to tell you to go ahead and juice when you KNOW your diet is off. I understand your eagerness to get bigger, but juice is no miracle pill. You want to gain 15lbs right? Like i said on bolex, shoot for 3-4lbs a month, and within 4 months...BAM your there. check out www.fitday.com put in EVERYTHING you eat on that site, it will calculate how many calories you are eating and burning a day, guaranteed your falling short.

140lbs * 15= 2100 calories you must consume, (thats not a whole lot) then gradually build that up to 3000 calories. Your an ectomorph, you can eat anything. Stuff yourself, your 140lbs!

140lbs * 1.5= 210 grams of protein a day
210/6 = 35 grams of protein divided into 6 meals a day. (thats still not a whole lot) then gradually increase.

I KNOW your gonna juice anyways, and i think 250mg of sust is even weak for a first cycle, id personally go with 500mg, but i think you've made up your mind at 250mg/week. make sure you have nolva on hand and of course clomid therapy.
