guys, is something wrong?

yesterday morning I shot 100mg of Tren a into my right delt, outter head (lateral head). Been doingthis for awhile now and all went fine, no pain, etc.

then, all of a sudden at about 4pm yesterday afternooon my injection spot started killing me. I couldnt even lift my arm onto the desk to hold the mouse. This pain has been extreme since 4pm. Last night I woke up out with it throbbing nd actually had to ice my delt because at that point i already took too many advil and nightime pain relievers.

This morning same pain still existing and now have had to resort to vicodin, which id o not like being on gear.

what could of happened for it to be ok, worked out at 2pm yesterday (not on delts though) and then this extreme pain out of no where. This never happened before and I am getting concerned. any ideas bros?

If the pain did not start right away you probably hit a nerve on the way in but not a major problem walk it off. What signs of damage do you have redness heat itchy any???

you might have hit a nerve, i had a similar problem once when a jabbed into my quad, felt fine til the next day, woke up and was walking around like a young forrest gump!

Is the injection area red, hot to the touch?

no redness. swollen and tender as hell man. tender to just gently touch the skin above the pain. this is the worst pain i ever had from an inject, and i been shooting for yrs.

should i apply heat? ice it still? looks like im missing a owrkout today due to this which sucks being on cycle.

I would keep it warm and massage it 15 minutes every hour. Swelling is from nerve being hit. Relax and get to the gym tonight and atleast work the legs then go home and soak in a warm bath or shower......
