Guys, i need some help

Ok, a hurricane is hittin tomorrow and i still have 3 workouts i need to do. back, arms and shoulders. i can workout friday at a gym but not thursday (hurricane). what can i do around the house for my arms or back?
 
not a damn thing. I was thinking about what Stan Gable (i think thats his name, the really good wrestler from way back when) did. he would sit in his desk and do isometric contractions during class.
 
im thinking about uping y dosage for the week to 750mg of test. me and my girl just broke up, so im looking to do something that will make me happy, like stick a needle in me.

I know it sounds stupid, but ull do anything when you depressed to make ur self feel better
 
Your bummed man.
Push ups and some other exercises with your body weight are the only options prob.
Unless you decide to start using beds, closets etc.. for weights:D
 
Ok, I often have a similar problem here is what you want to do...

When the hurricane comes, go outside, and get as close to it as you can. As it approachs grab onto a street sign or something (make sure it's well rooted). As the hurricane trys to blow you around, hold on like your life depends on it (it does!). By the time the hurricane passes you'll be so pumped you won't be able to lift your arms. For some reason people never believe me when they ask what I do to build such a well developed upper body....I don't know. :D
 
but i dont wanna rest :( i feel lazy. plus its my first cycle and i want to get everything i can out of it. plus, im dedicated to training. its hard for em to leave it :(
 
Oh I hear ya bro, when I'm on (which hasn't been for a while now) all I want to do is train, train, train. But resting is essential no matter how much you don't want to do it. It takes a hurricane to keep you in while 95% of Americans couldn't train for a month staight if their lives depended on it.
