Grubby Teeth.

Moon & Kai teeth both seem to have quite a bit of tatar stuff on them, they have their teeth brushed regularly and have them green teeth chewing things, also they have bones and dry food. Is there a way i can clean their teeth myself or will in need removing by a vet?

Try laquer thinner, muriatic acid, or a sandblaster. j/k BTW who is Moon & Kai?

You can talk to your dentist about buying their used dental tools and clean their teeth yourself. If they're really bad though seriously consider going to the vet and investing in a good cleaning. Most people don't know this but A LOT of the medical problems that kill older dogs stem from gum disease.
