growth?

if i took some steroids when i was 19 and i finished growing in height could i still stunt the rest of my growth? like filling out thicker bones,wider collar bone,etc? like my dad was skinny at my age but now he has thick wrists although were same in hieght!

also if i did have more development in me what about organs like the heart ,liver etc? would they be fully developed?

i was only on the dbol for 3 days but i got slight gyno!
