I am 6'2" and 266 lbs with a little over 22% bf

I want to lose all this goddamn fat finally......

I have never done GH, but want to on a 5 on 2 off ordeal

what iu dosage and duration do i need to maintain and what brand

considering that i will train and aerobic and diet effectively


what time frame has been the average time to see major fat deposition changes
 
Its a very expensive endeavor.....having said that to answer your question, if you are going to use GH, I would recommend 4 u.i.'s a day (split 2 u.i.'s twice a day), I would not personally recommend the 5 on 2 off and you need to go at least 8 weeks and preferably 12 weeks IMO.
The results will be phenomenal. I would cycle with AS and at some point towards the end of cycle do T-3 for 4 weeks and you will have major fat loss.
So whatever type of Growth you purchase just x the mg. by 3 ( I think the actual ratio is 2.7 u.i.'s per mg) but that is close enough.
I get Growth for $150 for 5 mg. that lasts me almost 4 days so you are looking at about 3-4 grand IF you can get it that cheap.
The results as I stated will be phenomenal, I do slin for 4 weeks at the beginning and T-3 at the end and AS throughout.
Just remember anything less than 8 weeks or 4 u.i.'s a day ( with no off days) could have disappointing results. You money may be better spent on a cutting cycle of AS.

didn't you post a cycle thread to do just this thing... lose fat? AAS is by far the best route to dropping fat and retaining/building muscle, bar none. I like GH, but as an add on, rather than a substitute. And as stated above, it is a very expensive way to lose some BF... I saw go with anabolics and add in some ECA/NYC to up the thermogenic benefits, cut total calories (esp. carbs) and up the protein to 2g per lb of body weight (so 500g/day for you).

You've got to get your BF down first . I don't think that at 22% bf you would see much of a change. When I cut my intake of Calories down I see big changes in bf. What are you calories,protien,carbs per day ? They should be about 1700 cal if weight is to be lost. Keep protien up and carbs and fat at a minimum. Clenbuterol would be my opinion for quik weight lose. If you think HGH is the key maybe do a search for cheapest prices. And hang in there nobody that had to lose weight said it was easy. The pics of your wife are HOT !!! Just thought I'd throw that in .

I know what you mean by discipline. My girl tries to fatten me up every once in a while but I only eat the good stuff and leave her the rest. Get a good book on diets ,one that specifically designed for you. You should stick to it. Nothing harder than losing weight when spring and summers coming and you want to look good.
 
i did cardio every day for 30 minutes, and dieted. I also cut beer out of my diet. The only thing i was on was adderall for my ADHD.
I went from 280 nov 2001 to 190 dec 2002. You have to have complete self control or else... I messed up a couple times, and it just took me longer to lose weight.
