Im gonna start a bulking cycle soon and am looking to keep the BF as low as possible this bulking phase. My favorite bulking meal through the years has been 3/4lb - 1lb ground beef, 2 baked potatoes, and a little ketchup on top.
I have always went with the philosophy that the leaner the ground beef the better, usually going with 96% fat free. BUT, I recently read somewhere that the leaner the beef the worse the quality. Im thinking maybe going with a little fattier meat, maybe something like 90%. Does anyone have any input on this, I cant find the article?
