Grocery Lists & Diet

What does everyones grocery list look like. I pretty much get the same things every week but want some new ideas as I would like to get under 10%!! I am 6'2" 225 at about 10-12% measured on a Tanita BF Home Scale. I am having a hard time getting into the single digits or more improtantly getting the low abs to show. I use a Multi-Vitamin/Mineral pak, Flax Oil & protien bars or MRP's everyday. I am not on any other supplments as of right now but I will be changing my supplements soon to include: EQ, Deca, Test, Winstrol in a blitzing type cycle. I usually eat 6-7 times a day. Weight 3X week, Cardio 30min 3-4X week. Any critique or critisism on grocery list, diet, training or supplements are appreciated!! Here is what my Grocery list looks like,

3-18pack Large eggs
2-3lbs ground turkey
2lbs super lean ground beef
1 bag of chicken breast
2lbs of Tenderloin Steaks
Box of Regular Instant Oatmeal
2 Jars of spagehti sauce(low sugar)
2 boxes of Multi-grain Cereal
2 gallons of 1% Milk
2 boxes of Sucess Instant Brown Rice

I hear ya man... Im at 6'2", about 211.6lbs, and around 12-13% bodyfat... I can't get down below 203 lbs weightwise, and have trouble maintaining at the 10% bodyfat mark at the moment.

my grocery list is pretty much as follows

once a month:
-biggest bag of chicken breasts Sams Club has ( I think 20 lbs)
-about 30 cans of Starkist Tuna Chunk Light (thinking of going to solid)
-5 lb barrel of Whey Protein
-Glutamine
-8lb bag of apples
-roughly 30 protein bars (normally several boxes)

weekly
-2 32ou Nonfat cottage cheeses
-turkey burgers
-3lb bag salad with no fat dressings (snacks after I have hit my protein limits and carb limits)
-skim milk
-Calcium OJ
-Fiber one and Capn Cruch PB (mens health mix)
-lots of other little stuff

Its amazing how many ways I can make Tuna and Chicken sound good to my stomach, considering I eat them primarily every meal

Here is one of my Favs that I post in the Muscle Food Discusion the other day

"Here is one of my favorites!! I buy 2 lbs of fat-free Ground Turkey and 2lbs of super lean ground beef. I also pick up a box of Sucess 10 Minute brown rice and a jar of your favorite low-sugar spagetthi sauce(Emeril-Roasted Garlic is my Fav.)

Add all Meat to skillet and brown
Cook several packages of the rice.

I put these in separte tupperware bowls in the fridge. When mealtime comes around I get a paper plate, add a cup of rice, and cover the rice with 8-12oz ofTurkey/Beef mixture. Top it with a 1/4cup of tomato/spagetthi ssuce and throw it in the microwave. It is the shit!!"

I eat this all the time as it is so easy to make.
