wow that is good....i have been using EGCGs from NOW and thats 200mg per cap...90 caps per bottle for 9 bucks.

Hey mac....just got my green tea supps,...Other green tea i have used in the past has a "tea smell" to it. These have none, why is that?

because its a high percentage extract, some green tea supps will add green tea (non extracted) as the base (hence they will smell more like tea)

I have been taking the camp product from usp labs, it pretty much is just green tea right?

thats the most prevalent ingredient but it could be as little as 200-300mg of extract per 2 caps.

if you want to take green tea specifically for EGCG, then make sure you use a product that lists the amount of green tea and egcg

Taking my Green Tea Supp right before sleep now. (as well as in the morning).

Is this a waste?

Using "Nature's Bounty" Green Tea Extract. I was told this is a good product. I mat try AF's Green Tea.
