Is there any downreg from this stuff? Everything else on the planet does seem to loose effectiveness after awhile......im guessing the apoptotic effects in WAT take 1-2G for EXTENDED periods of time....
 
Ok, heres the plan.

450-600mg NPP a week (M/W/F) for 6-8 weeks (duration depends on dose)

100mg drol ED 6-8 weeks (might run a few weeks at 150)

1.5G EGCG ED througout THIS IS THE KEY TO NOT GET FAT ON CYCLE!!!!

AI throughout (preferably aromasin since it wont kill lipid profile like let will, although let works best), or i might try the AF one!

250-300 grams protein a day (150-200 in shakes since they are lowest in cals)

cardio 3 times weekly, 25min running post lifting.


If i dont gain lean mass and keep the fat off with that......ill quit.
 
I will try to keep close tabs on what im doing (kinda forces me not to cheat and stay on top of things, good for me), i might need to up the cals (if im getting 150-200G protein from shakes, that still wont be a lot of cals, hoping since its all protein, ill still grow enough to satisfy).

Looking for a good 15lbs.
