I realize it's no secret to alot of people and what works for some may not work for others, it sure works for me. For those who have'nt tried it I recommend doing so.
My workouts have been somewhat crappy lately due to long hours and some lack of motivation.
Yesterday I brewed up 2 pure green (not the fancy lemon shit) tea bags and downed it 5 minutes before I began my cardio. After another 5 or so in it felt like my body went into machine mode. I breezed my 40 mins and built up a nice healthy sweat, I was literally soaked when I finished. I honeslty did'nt want to quit it was that good and thats been a while.
Same again today.
