Graveyard Shift Workers....please chime in...

Husband works 4:30 pm to 3 am 4 days a week. Right now due to end of quarter, he's also working 4:30 - 3am on Fri and 2 - 10 pm on Saturday. He doesn't like his shift because he doesn't get to spend much time with me and the kids. Even on the days he's off he keeps the same hours so he doesn't screw up his sleep patterns.

I was working 300hrs a month on graveyards switching to afternoons one day then back to graveyards, but I bitched and have much less hours a month now

damn guys i struggle to make a 50hr work week. i hope the moneys worth it. im off to work! (8-4)

What's aandd - Alarm and Detection? Assholes and Dickheads?

Rotating shifts here, some days I get confused as to what the day is, much less if I'm suppose to be at work. :(

I hear that Auto Alliance recently hired of the streets. What's up with that?

I heard him saying something like that, but they are fighting to get Ford people that are on lay-off or in gen-pool first. If they are hiring of the streets, I'll know first, cause I am filing an apllication right away.
Its funny that you work for Chrysler and have the Mustang that my husband works on in your avi.
You know whats cool that they do there? If you work there and buy a mustang, you get to follow it how its made - everything! You dont actually work that day, you follow your Mustang through the line until its complete

That is cool. I don't work directly through Chrysler, I am contracted to watch over their vehicles that are awaiting shipment. I own a 97 Cobra, that is why I have the new Cobra in my avi.

worked 10:00 - 6:30 for 9 months last year, wasnt bad i guess being single. no way i'd do it if i had a family...........and other options i guess lol
