As others have stated, it depends on what school you want to go to. Many state Universities have satellite schools that are very easy to get into.
Your other option is to take a graduate level class somewhere, preferably at the school you want to go to, as an non-matriculated student. Most programs allow non-matrix students to take up to 9 credits and tranfer them into the program.
Get yourself 3 A's then apply to get in for full acceptance. The only problem is if you do poorly (Anything under a B), that pretty much seals your fate.
