Utah does have a good amount of hotties out and around, but they seem to be confined to the U of U or douchey clubs on the weekend. I never see them out walking around unless I'm out at one of the malls, so... never.
We don't have a very good looking messican population here. Wealthier messican lines seem to have hotter wimmins, but all we really have are the pot gutted little trolls that walk aroung preggers all day, dress like their husbands, and then stand outside all day holding up signs saying they're in some sort of labor dispute against xyz corp.
