it seems like everytime I try to do bench press I get weaker
like 4 days ago I could do 3 sets of 10 no problem
yesterday I could only go first set 10 second set 8 and then 6
and this has been happening for a while I can never get to the point where I was after my injury or even increase the weight.. its just that im stuck at same weight and sometimes I can do a little more and sometimes a little less. I dont have this problem with squats, dead lifts or any other ones.
anyways some things that might be in my way...
a blood clot in my shoulder from which I recovered not too long ago so everything is fine now
2 hour pretty intense basketball practices before I go and lift.
not enaugh carbs cause Im trying to be on a low card diet.. I still take good ammount of carbs though I think...
other then that I dont kno what the problem is my confidence level is high but when it comes to bench it just pisses me off.
