Got the gear .. who makes the perfect cycle??

As I trust my dealer very much, I ordered a cycle form him (he is a buddy).

Now I got from him the following stuff:

13 x omnadren 250mg
7 x deca 200mg
17 x winstrol 50mg


What's the best cycle to make with it?

He advised me something but I wanna know for sure.

I'am 36 yo 189cm 89kg 13%bf

Wanna gain mass

Oh yeah .. his cycle was:

CYCLE A
Weeks 1-4 incl.
1Xsustenon
1Xdeca

Weeks 5-8incl
1Xsust. every 10 days.
Winstrol - 1 every 3 days

STOP FOR 6 WEEKS AT LEAST

CYCLE B
Weeks 1-3 incl.
1Xsust
1Xdeca

WEEKS 4-6 incl.
1X Sust. every 10 days
1X Winstrol every 3 days

do a 8 wk cycle and use the deca at 1 amp a wk untill gone(you only have enough for 7wks) then the omnadren i would do 2 amps omnadren a wk til wk 5 then wks 6-8 use just one amp of omnadren, and use the winstrol amps towards the end of your "experience" i would reccomend 1 amp every other day til its all gone as well

my trainingspartner has got the same stuff so I don't think these are left overs ... and ofcourse you are right ... eat like a lion .... sleep 8 hours a day .. and much weight low reps ...

I'am reading about gear almost a year now ... I did trust my budy that he could make a nice cycle.. but now I got the stuff I tought I give it a try here, > 1000 juicers always now more then 1
