got some problems with diet HELP

hey bros , i was carb cyling and lost same weight bout a few kgs with quite a bit of lean muscle which was a problem. i started a keto today , sunday - friday
arvo. low carb under 40grams high protein and fat. friday night to sat night carbing up with low fat. when i was carb cyling i lost fat but it regained mainly on my carb load days. and i am also starting clen we

What is your goal? Why are u going so low carb? Carb cycling can be good when done properly but looks to me like u need more carbs. I'd say gain a lot more muscle before carb cycling going to be worth it for u. Your looking a little flat in your picture.
 
yeah i no brah because i bulked till july i was about 20pounds more but i sctewed my cut. and no summer is next month so even if im not big atleast be shredded help man?

Uve got a good frame bro but I would say to eat everything in sight , go for 5000 calories and 2g of protein for every pound u weigh , I would guess u weigh 140 , I had the exact same frame as u 6 or so months ago , go to my SL 5x5 Log and check out how I look now , I now weigh 188 :)
 
i get you guys completly i would benifit from a clean bulk. but the think is summer is next month here and i want to lowef ny bf% what do gou guys think? thankss man

Jesus Christ you need to gain broham. A few mcdonalds number 1s would do you some good lol.... Post up your age, how long youve been training ect
 
i started traning a few years ago but it wasnt consistant but this year , i started properly . but at the end if my bulk and went into cut lost alot. im about 140 lbs and 5'10 thanks bros
 
You need to gain some muscle,and the last thing you need right now is clen.
If you need help formulating things just pm me I have over 40 yrs in this field.
 
can you guys give me some advice , i want to do a good bulk in january because it is summer here i rather bulk in winter. i have still got some bf % im not sure how much though, if i could loose that and start a bulk in jan?? ideas please thanks alot

I would PM radar , he has a lot of knowledge to help u , but i don't know what ur talking about losing ?? Ull look like a marathon runner if u lose any more weight brother ..do not use clen , I would say to do a 5x5 program and eat tons , but what are ur goals bro ??
 
ay man , nah i get exsactly what you saying , i no i got a lean build , thats because i bulked and gained to much fat and when my cut started i ran to get rid of fat but my muscle went with it. would you say take some dbol instead of clen? and the reason bro i dont want to bulk and eat alot now , is because its summer and i bulk i will put on a bit of fat. so my goals were for this summer (australia) to just keep what i have now and get a ripped paid of abs. and in febuary when summer ends do a big CLEAN bulk. and then cut .

thats like my 1-2 year goal. but back to my current goal maintaining what i got and get a good pair if abs. thats why i need clen i have been dieting but cant get rid of the last bit of fat , so you see all 6 abs man. in happy to hear all you guys suggestions

To achieve what you are looking for you will have to add muscle. You can lose bf by doing some fasted am Cardio. Your last bit of fat is hanging in there because you are starving. Your body is holding on with everything it can. So up your clean cals. Train harder in the gym with heavy weight and so fasted Cardio in am. Problem solved.

Yep! thats whats happening,that last bit of fat is always the last to go, Don't use Dbol the Water bloat will kill your definition.

I'll send you my 7 day Rip plan ,that will bring those abs out!

thank you! your right im not eating enough , i think my bodys like in startvation mode. im going to up my clean cals to 500 under maintaince , so i can burn some fat. yeah i no i want to put on some muscle bro but i cant loose that little fat and build at the same time. am i right? if not correct me bros thanks

500 under maint is the MAX deficit you should run for weight loss. Your body as I said is in starvation mode. You can increase lbm (lean body mass) and reduce fat at the same time. While your muscle and strength gains won't be what they would on a bulk they will increase. If RADAR sends you that plan just do what the man says. He has forgotten more about body building than most of us know. He is my go to guy before I make a decision on cycling, training, competing, and diet.

You had me thinking that muscular pic was your current pic.
You're 18 You don't even have a foundation for building muscle, My Ripped plan will turn you into a skeleton.So forget that.

What you need to do is get dedicated Train Balls to the wall and eat like theres no tomorrow,theres your answer,I know its not what you want to hear but its the truth,at the rate you're going Be sure to take another Pic 6 months from now,If you don't follow what i just said then expect to look close to the same 6 months from now.

Don't worry about fat, you could use some. Even after a while you end up gaining fat, Radar told you he has a program that will shred you up. You have to gain some muscle through fat before you need to worry about getting shredded

Theres no magical Training methods,no Magic Pills,NOTHING!!! ,If you can't be patient then i suggest you find another hobby.

Yeah you need 2 years of strict dieting, and steady training. Like radar said there is no magic pill, and if your looking for a quick fix there's no such thing, I suggest maybe find a different hobby, Because these things take time.
 
Lots of great advice here. So you may start now, go grab yourself some food come back, take a seat and start reading up some bulking threads through the search option. Any more questions feel free to ask, lots of great knowledgeable people here to answer your questions
