Got rid of acne with Vits B5, E & A.

A couple of weeks ago I got some recommendations from Racoon City and Ryan04 about how to get rid of acne.

Background info on me:
Getting close to 30. Have had very oily skin my entire life. I have always had at least a few pimples a week usually consisting of the big, red, puffy ones.

With the addition of certain "supplements" I was expecting my acne to get a lot worse. I was planning on just sucking it up due to the fact that it would only be temporary. I knew about accutane but didn't want to add anymore chemicals to the cocktail. Just as the acne was starting to get bad I implimented this Vitamin regimen and now my acne is almost non-existant.

This is what I take:
Vitamin B-5: 8 grams (2 grams taken 4 times daily)
Vitamin E : 1200 IUs (400 IU gelcaps taken 3 times daily)
Vitamin A: 10,000 IUs (One 10,000 IU gelcap each morning)

The E and A are GNC brand and the B5 is from Twinlab. I aslo wash once morning and once evening with an anti-bacterial face wash. (Have always done this)

If you gave me advice, post up, and I will shoot some karma your way. Thanks for the help guys and hopefully this might help someone else out.

Seems like a good vitamin combination. Good man, you got rid of your acne. 2 thumps up ;)

btw... I will try this exact combination next week, just need to get the products.

I have been using the same thing only added some Vitamin C. The C helps flush out your whole system and works great in combo with the other vits.
I used to have BAD acne. Now it's just a few small zits here and there. The vitamins are the only thing I changed so I know that they are what are making the difference. I'm glad somebody else isn't rushing into accutane and all that other heavy stuff before trying this option.
Good common sense, bro!

Let us know how it works out, Mr. X. I won't be messing with Accutane, one of the side effects listed is "bone marrow damage". I'll take vitamins over that any day.

I'm going to run it and post the results. I'll need about 2 weeks.
