I'm 33 and have been feeling tired, lazy and unmotivated.. I feel old

So i went to my endo and he ordered some blood work from quest dignostics

He says I'm middle of the road normal. what do you guys think? I was thinking about starting TRT.

Total Test = 541 normal between 241-842
Total Estrogen = <32 normal between 32-54
TSH 0.8
SHBG 28
LH 3.8
FSH 5.3

LDL 105
HDL 40

Id say it looks pretty good. Id start taking a closer look at your diet.

Thanks Zyglamail, I just started the Paleo diet about 4 weeks ago and have been doing light exercise (pull ups pushups etc..) no serious cardio or weights. I used to compete in natural bbing and power lifting comps in my early-mid twenties. Now I have a wife, kid and a mortgage... you know how that goes

I would love the extra edge of test and get back into it... would it be possible to try TRT w/ hcg and test cyp to see how I like it... say for 3 months? Or would I permanently screw myself up... no turning back?

i agree, ive been on trt for 4 years now and lifetime as of now,and most endo's wont even consider trt unless your levels are below normal for a certain amount of time, mine was 195 when i started and now 4 years later it still ranges in the mid 400-500's not enough for me and my size, but the endos consider that normal for males, but imo it needs to be higher to feel better and function better, more like in the 700 range, but its hard to convince an endo of this, they all follow a certain protocol of normal levels that are acceptable

If you havent been exercising and are just starting now with light bodyweight stuff, then get your butt into a gym and do some real lifting. Especially deadlifts and squats, they will cause increases in GH and test release.

If you new to all this I would not rush to change too many things at once, you need to learn you body, how it responds to food, qty of food, exercise etc.

A GP or endo isnt going to put you on trt with your numbers and to be honest Id say a trt clinic wouldnt either. You can certainly try TRT and could go off but much of feeling better as we age comes from endorphins from regular exercise.

Also Run some Phyroserms 347 and some HCGenerate I bet along with exercise you will experience some major improvements.
