Day 10
No noticable effects
I am lifting and then running later so ill see if i feel anything tongiht
Here is a response Ive just gave another user...
"Even if you haven’t noticed anything yet, two weeks is a short period of time to notice fat loss or strength gains – even with steroids. These sorts of effects will manifest over several weeks or months so it is still early to pass judgment.
I got a report back from a guy who had used the Dermacrine for 8 weeks strait. He dropped 2% in body fat without any change in his diet or workout program. Other guys who didn’t report any positive effects for the first couple weeks found that when they tried a previously challenging workout or course, they could blow through it while on Dermacrine. When guys started pushing the envelope more, they found that they were recovering much faster from the workouts (compared to how they would recover without the Dermacrine). This sort of increase in stamina, strength, or recovery wouldn’t be a noticeable benefit until the body was really put to the test.
It sounds like you are on the right track, and if the product is being used as directed its going to make a difference. One thing that really seems to kick in on the 3rd week is increase in appetite – so take advantage of this and feed the body additional protein during this time any maybe increase your workout volume. This will help significantly improve your strength and body composition."
The point is, you gotta push past your normal point of tolerance to really see the benefit in this product. BTW, 4 weeks on Dermacrine isnt enough to have a long-term negative effect on your testosterone production.
