I am guessing they are Haitians, I don't know. Nothing like the Haitians I kn know here in the US. The Haitians here in the US are hardworking people with jobs for the most part.

Ahahahahahahahaha really? I find that hard to believe. Haitians seem totally incapable of any sort of work besides taking bribes, lootin' and shootin'. It's no wonder their side of the island is the asshole of the Caribbean, and also no wonder they are routinely turfed out of the DR for just being there.
I'd hire a Jamaican over a Haitian any day, and that ain't sayin' much.
