Yeah, I'm going to call bullshit on this one as well. Getting into a fight over a receipt? If the story is legit, then I wouldn't want to be around when the kid behind the counter at McDonalds forgets to give you fries with your order.

If at this car wash you pay ahead of time, why would they let the car go through if he didnt pay. They could easily stop the machines and not finish the car if he refused to pay any time during this ordeal. Also, if there was another guy behind the cash register in front of the car wash, wouldnt he come running to the back and tell the guys he didn't pay if it really happened?

If the cops ever do come after him though, he could say they surrounded him and started yelling in spanish...then one guy grabbed him and scratched his car. That's when he needed his self defense. But I dont think they would let the car go through unless he paid, and if he didnt someone would have said something either way and they wouldnt ask for a receipt.

Thirdly, all the guys at the carwash here in SD are Mexican so technically he wasn't being racist- it just so happens to be a fact.
