I've thought it would never happen to me....

I'm on the 7th week of my cycle (test 500mg/week, D-bol first 4 weeks 25mg/day, OX started 2 weeks ago 30mg/day). In a few days it just appeared out of nowhere. I have a small hard lump just a little off my nipple and it hurts like HELL. I started taking Arimidex 4 days ago and not seen any changes in the symptoms (i know it's just very early) I plan to start Nolva tomorrow. Should I run it with Arimidex and how long should I use each drug?

Do you think they will help or should I get ready for a surgery?

I will assume you were not taking the arimidex throughout (a lesson to be learned here), and YES you need to start the nolva TODAY, not tomorrow, start with atleast 40 mg today, perhaps more and continue until symptoms subside (if that is still a possibility). I wish you the best of luck...

P.S. Use the arimidex throughout the rest of this cycle.

Run the nolva and adex together. You could run the arimidex at .5mg/ED and the nolva at 40mg until the pain stops, then reduce to 20mg.

You need the nolvadex to stop the effects of the estrogen that is already there, and the arimidex is to stop further conversion into estrogen. The nolva will contain the immediate symptoms, and once the arimidex kicks in you shouldn't need the nolva anymore.

Once the symptoms go away you can try dropping the nolvadex and staying on the arimidex, but if the symptoms creep up again get back on the nolva and run until the end of the cycle.

Keep running the armidex, and start the nolv at 40mg until symptoms go away then, then taper down to 20mg for 10 days, then down to 10mg for 10 days. That's how I would do it.

If you were to continue this cycle (which you may not want to do if your are developing 'true' gyno lumps) then use the arimidex throughout, and I would use nolva atleast 20 mg day throughout as well (just in case). But I don't know if I would continue with this one if I were you...

Good advice given above.Continue the anastrozole,and add in 40-60mgs/day of nolvadex until symptoms subside,the 20mgs/day along with the anastrozole until clomid therapy begins.I would also continue with the anastrozole through the clomid therapy and about a week past it as well.
