Got a talking to at work yesterday

My programs have been really having a lot of problems lately. It's like one issue after another. We have a program that has been having some manufacturing issues that I tried to help solve some technical problems with.

The customer called my mgr and VP and said that I wasn't being responsive. My mgr didn't think that was the case, but did say that sometimes my flustration can be evident in my voice on con calls. Which I agree with and have heard before.

Makes me feel like a bad person at times.
 
I am the same way.
Take ownership of the problems and keep your customers updated.
Its all you can do.
It keeps most of mine happy.
 
I show a lack of interest on the phone because I hate talking.

With the exception of work, people mostly text me now instead of calling.

Sometimes you gotta suck it up and do something you are not fond of when it's job related though.

I have to work on it definately. I remind myself of how good I am in presales situations and just need that same mentality when a customer is pissing me off.
