My programs have been really having a lot of problems lately. It's like one issue after another. We have a program that has been having some manufacturing issues that I tried to help solve some technical problems with.
The customer called my mgr and VP and said that I wasn't being responsive. My mgr didn't think that was the case, but did say that sometimes my flustration can be evident in my voice on con calls. Which I agree with and have heard before.
Makes me feel like a bad person at times.
