ok am wondering how long it will take to go from about 14-15% body fat to 8% with cutting diet, 4 days a week am cardio around 30 min each time, and a cutting supplement such as xenadrine. I am now bulking and have went from 145 to 167 currently and will prolly get up to around 180 b4 i stop bulking, but will i be able to go from around 14 to 8% in 12 weeks? the diet would be good around 260 g protein and 100 carbs, and around 45 grams fat?
