got a real quick ? dealing with bulking and cutting

ok am wondering how long it will take to go from about 14-15% body fat to 8% with cutting diet, 4 days a week am cardio around 30 min each time, and a cutting supplement such as xenadrine. I am now bulking and have went from 145 to 167 currently and will prolly get up to around 180 b4 i stop bulking, but will i be able to go from around 14 to 8% in 12 weeks? the diet would be good around 260 g protein and 100 carbs, and around 45 grams fat?
 
Dropping 6%bf at your weight/%bf should not be a problem over 12 weeks. However, your cutting diet looks far too low in calories to me unless you are on some good dosages of AAS. More info would be helpful.
 
y is that not enough calories
260 X 4= 1040
120 X 4= 480
045 X 9= 405

TOTAL = 1925

how much do i need, i always heard around 1.5 grams protein X lb of bodyweight, 1/4 grams of fat X lb bodyweight, and around 120 or less carbs, what do u reccoment? how many calories do u think i need?
 
ms dont forget hes not very heavy. But when cutting i would up my prot intake somewhat go to 2 or 2.5 per lb. 120 grams of carbs do u want to go the keto way? Or jsut the calorie deficit.
Also i would plan some refeed days.

Anyway losing that 6% in 12 weeks should be no sweat if dieting is done correctly (which is hard as hell :D)
 
jaap what is refeed days, just when u load of on carbs to restore glycogen and muscle fullness?

aslo ms can u give me ur opinion wiht the extra info?
 
refeed is a fancy name for cheat day. so follow your cut diet strictly for 6 days, then on the 7th, have a cheat day where u carb load bassically. good luck bro!
 
ok thanx ms but what about the calories, if i weight around 180 and am consuming around 3400 to bulk is around 1900 too low for cutting, bump for replies? what do u guys think i should ocnsume
