good workout and a shitty workout!!!

well, had a good workout this past monday doing 315 for 2 sets of 6 and lowered the volume on my boards. my shoulder felt ok until today. gave the double-denim a few reps in it then got back into my old titan fury(oh how i missed it!!)then managed 560 getting it down 3/4 of the way before pressing it upwards but then my shoulder really got agitated only locking it out. it was real annoying. jon was having an off day but got some reps to finally touch in his fury, but was having issues breathing in the damn thing when he got it to touch. i'm all out of ideas on how to get past this shoulder thing besides gettin the shoulder horn. also, me and jon are going to do shirt workout every 3 weeks now since doing every 2 weeks isn't enough rest now. you'll see my progress report on my site later on today but any ideas will help though. i was thinkin of benchin once a week and just doing assistance work for my bench like board presses, lockouts, etc.. again any ideas here will help. thanks..tb
