Good time of day to shoot Deca/Sust?

Anyone have any suggestions on a good time to shoot Deca and Sust? Im taking Sust 250 and 100mg Deca in one shot.
 
It depends. I like to shoot mine right before i go to bed. Some say the gear isn't circulated as well when you do this, but I'm not sure. When i do my shots ealy-morning/mid-day sometimes i get really soar right after the shot, thats my reason for not doing them in the evening.

I usually do mine at lunchtime, Deca's ok. Thought the sust would sting more than it does, Dont get me wrong I can feel it for a couple of days but its liveable with. For me anyway.
 
Shots

I don't think it makes a difference either way really. Me personally, I do it right after I wake up. I workout out early as well. This way it's all out of the way and done and you can continue with your whole day
 
If your doing the weekly Sus/Deca like ive done in the past. Try to take your shots on the same day and time as you took it the week before. Weightlifting and AS is all about being on a schedule so that everything goes smoothly. This is of course personal prefrance. K.D. PE@CE
 
Actually HRT experts say take in the AM to mimic cortisol and sex hormone circadian rhythm release BUT I do mine at lunch, especially sust, because I work out in the evening and the prop gives you a little energy buzz a few hours after injecting that makes my workouts sing. For deca it seems to make little difference to me. So the official answer is morning, but as you can see most people do what works for them and feels right. Besides, anabolic doses so far exceed HRT that your levels are jacked all day for several days, so the argument that you would in any way mimic natural hormone release seems rather vacuous.

i hit it an hr or 2 right before working out,i get a better pump plus it seems to help me squeeze out those extra reps!!!!
