Ok, in my diet the main amounts of carbs come from oatmeal and whole grain bread. Par Mr X's advice I'm going to drop the bread, but I need to replace it with something. I'm really not a big fan of rice. But, i'll eat it if I have to. I'm looking for something kinda quick to fix such as oatmeal. Hell, why can't I just replace all of the bread with oatmeal? Or will the fat content kill me on that?
