Good second cycle?

sust 250mg, 500mg,500mg,500mg,500mg, 250mg. (6 weeks)
deca 375mg, (week 1-8).....is the deca ok to take like that? or is there a better way?


My first cycle was only sust 250mg for 8 weeks and I gained 25Lbs and kept 22Lbs. The last 2 weeks were just a waste.

Why taper the sust? Just pick a dose and stick with it.

Try this instead
Sust at 500mg/week for weeks 1-10
Deca at 400mg/week for weeks 1-10
Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot
Inject 2 times a week and mix them in the same syringe. Take half on monday and the other half on thursday. Have Nolvadex on hand as well
