good mornings

does anybody do good mornings in their routine? i noticed they helped me tremendously in the deadlift. westside swears by them i can do 500 or more on this lift. a year ago i could barely do 400. last year just from doing westside for 3 months i went from 545 dead to 635 w/ just a belt. i havent maxed out on the dead in a year i think i gonna try this week.

I recently bought 8 Westside BB DVD's off of eBay. I started doing BB good mornings about 3 weeks ago. I get 315x5 down to horizontal, and then 405x3 partials.
How far down do you lower the weight?
 
Yeah, we rotate them, not as much as used to but yes... Basically work up to heavy triples, bend over until belt touches tops of legs is our rule of thumb....

They can also be used as accessory movements too...
