does anybody do good mornings in their routine? i noticed they helped me tremendously in the deadlift. westside swears by them i can do 500 or more on this lift. a year ago i could barely do 400. last year just from doing westside for 3 months i went from 545 dead to 635 w/ just a belt. i havent maxed out on the dead in a year i think i gonna try this week.
