Good instructors in NYC LI area please reply

Does anybody have any info on any great instructors that they know of in the NYC LI are. Im interested in BJJ Thai as my bread and butter I am also highly interested in KALI


Please any replys from this area are greatly appreciated

Try Matt Serra - www.serrajitsu.com (not sure if the site is working right now) Anyway He is a Rezno Gracie black belt since 1999 as well as a veteran of the UFC. He has founth most recently in UFC 48 in June of 2004.

I train at Serra's Academy. He is top notch and I've been doing it since Sept. Was going twice a week now I am going 4-5. Its really been great and a tremendous challenge. i recommend it.
