Good idea for recomp?

I've been bulking for a good 4 months now and have just gone over 15% bf
Was wondering if adding in clen and t3 for a month would be a bad idea for a quick recomp , to atleast get me back down to 12%

Im running test c 500mg
And just started tren a @ 400 a week ago

Was running nolva but swapped to letro thinking it was water retention - it wasn't all water

Apart from the usuals-dropping to maintenance cals and more cardio do you guys see a problem with this or any better ideas ?
 
Adding clen and t3 isn't a good idea. Both are harsh stimulants that simply raise metabolism. They don't differentiate between muscle or fat. You run a significantly elevated risk of loosing muscle when supplementing with either.

I would add cardarine gw to your cycle instead. Cardarine will immensely improve fat loss, endurance and reduce tren related side effects. Cardarine (GW-501516) - the best GW-50 - Evolutionary.org

On your cycle - you want to use an AI for estrogen support. Not a SERM like nolvadex. The best AI is aromasin as it is a suicide AI and there will be no estrogen rebound when you discontinue usage. 10mg EOD is a good dosage.
You also want to use an anti-prolactin drug whenever using a nandrolone (deca, tren, npp) etc. Cabergoline at 0.5mg E3D is a good dosage.

As for your diet and training: your best option is going to be carb cycling. You get the best of both worlds that way. On the high days, you focus on building muscle and refiling glycogen levels. On the low days, you increase muscle insulin sensitivity and focus on fat loss.

I maintain Nolvadex is a shitty drug. I can't believe people still use it. Hey, the 90's called, they want their nolvadex back! lol

Too much cardio while recuping will kill whatever gains you made. You should be lifting heavy.

And get some "BRIDGE" ASAP.

Thanks for that, I was actually thinking of giving aromasin a go as I've never tried .. And I've read a few posts where people have stated that some people react bad to nolva and bloat up like a balloon, has anyone else experienced this ? Was thinking it was either that or my gh which I've been on for a month .. All serials check out but still never know until I get my bloods taken tomorrow ..

Also forgot to add I've been taking caber 0.5 e3d

yeah definetly starting to think my body doesn't like it , but I do believe for some it's good

Also what is "bridge"?
