good first cycle??

any advice is appreciated! thanks in advance


im 26 5'9 about 155-165 training on and off for 3-4 yrs

Duratest 300
100mg Isocaproate
100mg Phenylpropianate
100mg Decanoate

Inactive Ingredients:
Benzyl Alch.
Ethyl Oleate

injecting every 3.5 days on monday morning and thursday evening. .500ml a week for 12 weeks
PCT to begin 2 weeks after last injection Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 50mg . i read i should do an AI durig the cycle to reduce estrogen side effects as well (is that true?) or should i just do both after?

i understand im a little under weight and i plan on bulking with a good diet. any advice is apreciated!

I realy think you should get your diet up to par first mate , yes you are light for your size and a cycle will only be a waste at this time .

What does your diet look like and plz give us your body fat %.

I bet we could add 20 pounds to your frame in 3-4 months without steroids. Diet and learning how to bulk for your body type is the first important step.
 
diet is something like this.
meal 1: 5 egg whites 1 whole egg. toast
meal2: fruits and protein bar
meal3: chicken, salmon, or steak + veg
meal4: fruits or tuna
meal5:chicken or salmon +veg
meal6:fruit

(probly kinda crappy)

i havent had my BF% taken but if id have to guess id say 18-20%
how much do u think i should weigh before using?

Seriously though bro.....If you are set on using AAS your going to use it. I would take anywhere from 3-6 mos, and nail your diet hardcore first. you will get more out of the AAS if you do. 2 grams of protien per lb of body weight. Lots of slow burning carbs like oats and grains. Lots of good fats, almonds, walnuts, fish oil, olive oil, cashew butter or natty PB. Jack those calories up to around 4,000 a day. Eat like a fucking horse. Drink at LEAST 1 gallon of water a day. Dont be afraid to put on some fat. You can cut later. Try to stick to only one post w/o shake, and simple carbs after workout. Get the rest from real food. You gotta eat even when your not hungry. lots of red meat, salmon and chicken and egg whites. Make sure your getting enough sleep too. Withouot the right diet tailored to your goals and the right sleep, Working ouot and using AAS will be a big dissapointment. I know your not in it to get dissapointed.

thanks alot guys. i think im gonna listen to experience on this one. ive been getting similar responses on other forums and id rather do it right or not at all. im gonna eat alot more and take in alot more protein shakes. gonna train hard for atleast 3 months. should i be doing more or less cardio? i do 30 minuts 3-4x a week. u guys got any good workout plans that would give me some good gain while burning some fat?

Then a ton of protein and i expect your training to absolute failure

wait...am I the only one that caught this? 18-20% body fat? for 155 lbs at 5'9''? That bf % cant be right if you ur diet looks like that and plan on bulking some more. am I missing something?
 
but that's cool of you to postpone AAS after you get diet and training in check.. not many people would. they'd rather jump right in. good for you bro.

Dont take in alot of shakes bro. Unless you have a job that is murder on letting you eat. Get all your protien from FOOD. Except your post work out shake. Or unless you have a casien shake before bed. You dont want whey before bed it only burns 2 hrs or so and you dont want an energy spike before sleep.
 
ok gonna get proteins from REAL food, do cardio in the morning, shake post workout. yea the bf% was a complete guess so its without a doubt wrong lol. any links to good weight training routines? my workout habits are probly crap too just as everything else i was doing lol. any other advice is welcome!

thank u guys alot for helpin me out it means alot. im honestly going to try and use all this info to the best of my ability and become a healthier person with a better physique and also.... ENDLESS GIRLS!!! (lol). Jumping into aas sounds so appealing because everything i want is potentially 3 months away but im starting to understand it will be pointless without a great diet and better workout habits...and ur rite....im not in this to get dissapointed

thanks for the help guys.....and the sweet platinum membership! haha. im tryin to make this my new lifestyle so im going to get it all in line before i even think about using. 2 weeks ago i was rdy to juice with no pct while still eating mcdonalds and working out 2-3 times a week. i tought it was no problem that i could bounce back from anything. then i came here nd read a ton and got help from you guys and i finally realized i was a retard for listening to my friends and the local guys lol. so now my juice is sittin in my room waitin for me. im just glad i decides to type steroid forums in google :)

ps: my workout routine still blows lol

Good job bro. Two of the biggest problems for new guys now adays is 1)friends, and 2) local "users" guys
At least you have your juice and thats a load off your mind, and you have something to really look forward to.
Hit that training forum and dial that routine in. I would recomend spending the $40.00 and getting Omega's Phase 1 pamphlet. Well worth the money IMHO.
