OK so Im gonna do a cycle real soon, just wanna know what you all think as far as my size/strength is at before i start a cycle.
Im 21 y/o, 5'9", 180lbs. 11% BF.
Some lifts for me are
DB bench press - 100lb x 10
DB military - 70 x 10
EZ bar curl - 140 x 9
Deadlift - 275 x 6/8
Squat - 225 x 8 broke my leg while back so legs got weak---will be hitting them hard on cycle though!
Bench - 225 x 8
I attatched a pic.
Any thoughts/suggestions guys? And girls
