Good base (size/strength) before starting cycle?

OK so Im gonna do a cycle real soon, just wanna know what you all think as far as my size/strength is at before i start a cycle.

Im 21 y/o, 5'9", 180lbs. 11% BF.

Some lifts for me are

DB bench press - 100lb x 10
DB military - 70 x 10
EZ bar curl - 140 x 9
Deadlift - 275 x 6/8
Squat - 225 x 8 broke my leg while back so legs got weak---will be hitting them hard on cycle though!
Bench - 225 x 8

you got a pretty solid foundaton for your age/height, and are pretty lean.

could you probably up your squats and deadlift naturally? Sure...but if you did gear you'd be at a much better starting point than alot of people (including when i first started).

if you want to stay natty, you can probably still make some gains...but no one will throw you under the bus for doing a cycle
 
You dumbell press 45kg? ten times? . . . . . Is that all you can do ? ?! Start using will-power first or come train with us!

if you can perform any movement with strict form for ten reps is good. if it goes up to around 12 reps then increase weight 5-10% until 10 or more reps again. it works.
work on the strength. isolate body parts.
mon-chest, delts, tris
wed-legs
fri-back and bi's
two sets each exersise
 
bro I squat 115.I db press 40's struggling. It's so funny guys like wtf?! lol
But it's all about your form and technique. If you're a powerlifter fine. If you want to add size then you are good to go. You've been around a while, read and researched and therfore are good to supplement with aS imo. Better than some that's 25, been training for less than a year and asking about a deca cycle! hahah

Haha i know what you mean! Ive researched a lot i jus want to make sure i have a good natty foundation, strength and size wise. I really just want to add size in my back/shoulders/legs, and strength all around.
 
NO booby growth is right, heres what i have planned (IM waiting on aromasin, clomid, nolva, HCG from rxhealthdrugs.com)

test 500mg week 1-10
dbol 30mg week 1-4
***tren (PH) week 8-11
HCG 500iu EW week 4-11
clomid 25mg ED week 12-15
nolva 10mg ED week 12-15

Will have aromasin on hand. should probably get something else for PCT too, thinking about sustain alpha

haha yea ill def be a man after this! Im also gonna be goin to a once a week class on some kind of MMA either boxing, kickboxing somethin with strikes. Maybe muay thai too.
