Ok I cook A whole load of chicken on the grill at the beginning of the week so I have it already to go. For this I used 3 chicken breasts, not big ones but serving sizes are up too you.
Place Chicken on tin foil and place on a baking pan
Spread some low fat cream of mushroom on top
Take some Veggies Peppers and spread that on top.(I by the frozen bags of peppers and than the ones with carrots brocalli etc all mixed in)
take white rice (Already Boiled up) and pour that on top of the chicken
Put in oven on broil for about 10 min or till it just starts getting crispy(Keep an eye on it to long and the rice will get hard as hell)
Top with hot sauce and Fat Free Ranch 500mg of Ala and Oh ya it's good shit.
